Regular Check-Ups and Cleaning

Your oral health is more important than you may think, regular check-ups and cleanings will help you to maintain your overall health.

A check-up appointment begins with a full examination of your mouth, gums and teeth and may include digital x-rays to help detect potential problems; and then a cleaning is done to break up the plaque and tartar that build up near your teeth.

We will also tell you how to improve your dental routine at home to ensure that you enjoy a lifetime of exceptional health.

White Fillings

Did you know that caries, also known as cavities or decay, are the most common form of oral disease?

Bacteria present in dental plaque produce acids which destroy the tooth enamel, the harder outer layer of the teeth, after cleaning out the caries inside the teeth, a white filling called composite is used to protect them and to achieve a natural look.

Teeth Whitening

Whitening can make a significant difference in the appearance of your smile.

Professional teeth whitening is a safe, non-invasive procedure.

We use Carbamide Peroxide at concentrations ranging from 10%; it penetrates the enamel where the oxygen molecules react with the discoloured molecules breaking their bond. Brief sensitivity may occur, brushing with toothpaste for sensitive teeth will help.

Dental Crowns & Bridges

A Dental crown is a small cap which covers the visible portion of a tooth that has broken, has extensive caries or to protect teeth that have had root canal treatment. It sits above the gum line, and they resemble your natural teeth.

A bridge is similar to a crown but differs in that it replaces one or more missing teeth.

Dental Implants

Missing a single tooth can impact your healthy teeth, increases the chance of gum disease around the area and may change the way you bite, which may affect the muscles around your jaw.

Dental Implants are small titanium fixtures which replace the root portion of missing teeth then a crown is placed on top of it, it’s important to take care of them to ensure they stay in good shape.
